When you join the list we store your email address and, to protect the form from abuse and to keep a record of your sign-up, the time, your IP address, browser, country and the page you came from.

We use this to send you news and releases from DIPLOM by email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Providers for hosting and database process this data on our behalf; some of them outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or the list is closed.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above. This does not affect processing that took place before.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and receive your data, and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
